1. Who I am
I am Mikel Dewisme, a digital product designer and developer working from Barcelona, Spain. I work alone. These terms govern the services I provide through this website.

2. What services I provide
- Visibility in AI and search. An audit of what ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google answer about your business and about your competitors, with a report of what is failing, ordered by impact
- Web development. Design and development of websites
- iOS app development. Native applications, App Store release included
- Ongoing work. Monthly support on any of the above, under a separate agreement
I take on few projects at a time, so services are subject to availability.
3. How to hire me
- A first call of thirty minutes. Free and with no strings. Neither party is committed to anything
- A written proposal. I send you the scope, the price and the delivery date, always before you pay anything
- Acceptance. The project starts when you accept the proposal in writing, email included. Proposals are valid for 30 days
4. The agreed price does not change
The price in the proposal is fixed for the scope described in it. I do not issue invoices with amounts you have not seen beforehand.
If something outside the scope turns out to be needed during the project, I tell you, I send you the cost and I do not do the work until you accept it in writing. If you would rather not, we carry on with the original scope.
5. Deadlines
The delivery date is in the proposal and I commit to it. It only moves in two cases, and in both I tell you as soon as it happens:
- If you extend the scope of the project
- If I depend on material, access or answers from you and they take time to arrive. The deadline moves by the same amount as the wait
6. The visibility audit
Because of what it is, this service has its own conditions:
- Fixed price and delivery one week from the initial meeting
- The deliverable is a written report, plus a call to go through it together
- It is a diagnosis, not an implementation. Applying what I recommend is hired separately, with me or with whoever you want
- I do not guarantee specific positions or mentions in Google or in any AI assistant. Nobody can: those systems change and I do not control them. What I deliver is the diagnosis of what is failing and what to do about it
7. Ongoing work
- It is invoiced by whole months, in advance
- Either party can cancel with 30 days' notice. No lock in and no penalty
- A month already invoiced is delivered in full
8. Payments
- On projects, a percentage is paid at the start and the rest on delivery. The exact percentage is in the proposal
- Payments are made by bank transfer
- All prices carry whatever taxes apply under the applicable rules
- If a payment is late, I may suspend the work until it is settled
8.1 Cancellations
- If you cancel once the project has started, the work done up to that point is invoiced and I hand over what is done
- If I cancel for a reason that is not attributable to you, I refund whatever I have charged that does not correspond to delivered work
9. Intellectual property
- Once the full amount is paid, everything delivered is yours: the code, the designs and the source files
- The domain and the account credentials are in your name. I do not tie you to me so you can touch your own website
- I do not publish your name, your logo or your project without your written permission. If I ever want to show it, I ask you first
- You warrant that you hold the rights to the material you send me (copy, images, logos)
10. Warranty
- I fix any technical error attributable to my work at no cost for 30 days after delivery
- Content changes, new features and faults caused by changes made by third parties fall outside that warranty
11. Limits of liability
I am not liable for:
- Indirect damages or loss of profit arising from use of the services
- Third party failures outside my control: server outages, changes in other people's APIs, changes in the policies of Apple, Google or the AI search engines
- Content you provide me that infringes third party rights
In any case, my liability is limited to the amount actually charged for the work in question.
12. Confidentiality
Everything you tell me, both on the first call and during the project, is confidential. That holds even when the call does not turn into work.
13. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms, and the changes are published on this page with an updated date. A project already under way is always governed by the terms in force when you accepted the proposal.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer protection rules establish another jurisdiction.

This is a translation provided for convenience. My activity is based in Spain and the Spanish version of these terms is the one that prevails if the two ever differ.
